How do I set up my HEKA mattress for the first time?
If you're located in Auckland, our team will help you with setup during delivery to ensure everything is ready to use.
For deliveries outside Auckland, our support team is available online for step-by-step guidance via video call.
In both cases, make sure to place the mattress on a flat, supportive base before powering it on.
What’s the best way to clean my HEKA mattress?
For daily care, use a vacuum with a soft upholstery attachment to remove dust.
For spills or stains, gently spot clean with a mild detergent and a damp cloth. Avoid soaking the fabric or using harsh chemicals.
Is it safe to use an electric blanket with my HEKA mattress?
Yes, you can use an electric blanket. We recommend using it on a low or medium setting and avoiding direct contact with the sensor zones.
Can I use the HEKA mattress with my existing bed frame?
Yes, absolutely. HEKA mattresses are designed to fit standard New Zealand and international bed frame sizes. As long as your frame provides stable, even support (such as slats with gaps no wider than 10cm), there’s no need to purchase a new frame.
What should I do with my old bed frame and mattress?
We can help. If you're in Auckland, we offer assistance with removing and responsibly disposing of your old mattress and bed base when delivering your new HEKA mattress. You can request this service when booking your free in-store trial or placing your order.

How long does delivery take?
For Auckland orders, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
For other regions in New Zealand, please allow 7–14 business days depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

For Auckland customers, our team will also be in touch directly to coordinate delivery and setup.
