Location: Newmarket, Auckland

HEKA is a next-generation AI mattress brand from Silicon Valley, now redefining sleep in New Zealand. Our technology-driven mattresses adjust to your body in real time, helping people sleep deeper and better — and our in-store experience is a big part of that journey.

We’re looking for a warm, confident, and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our Newmarket showroom team.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll welcome customers into our calming, design-led space and guide them through a personalised sleep experience. Your role is to:

Create a warm and professional in-store atmosphere.

Explain our smart mattress technology in a clear, engaging way.

Help customers discover the best sleep solution for their needs.

Support with daily showroom operations and presentation.
